2026 Democratic Primary - Stanly

Find Your Sample Democratic Primary Ballot

If you are a registered voter in Stanly County, your Democratic sample ballot for the March Primary Election is here (There is only one version of the Democratic Primary Ballot for all of Stanly County). If you are not a registered Democrat in Stanly County, you can search for your Sample Ballot from the NC Board of Elections Voter Search. Once you find your name, click it to see your voter details, and scroll down to find “Your Sample Ballot.”

If Voter Search DOES NOT find your name (and you have checked all possible forms of your name) the Board of Elections says you are not registered. You can take advantage of Same-Day Registration to register and vote during Early Voting (Feb 12th through Feb 28th) but NOT on Primary Day.

Early Voting is available at the Stanly Commons Auditorium (1000 N First St, Albemarle, NC 28001). Polls are open weekdays from Thursday Feb 12th through Friday Feb 27th from 8:00AM to 7:30PM and Saturday Feb 28th from 8:00AM to 3:00PM.

Primary Election Day is Tuesday, March 3rd at your local precinct’s polling place from 6:30AM to 7:30PM. NOTE CHANGE of former West Center Precinct. Photo ID is required. Make sure your Photo ID/license is not expired! If you don’t have one, you can get a no cost photo ID at the County Board of Elections
